Undoubtedly, the murder of George Floyd has significantly impacted the world. Ever since then, companies have begun focusing more on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) in their hiring. Diversity in hiring is a growing priority for recruiters.

According to Monster research, more than 4 in 5 (86%) candidates globally say diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace are important to them.

On the employer side, recent research from McKinsey shows that companies that champion diversity have a 25% higher chance of financially outperforming those that don’t.
